Very very helpful and decent people. Called out to take an old mobility scooter away for fixing. When they saw the age of it they informed my 92 year old father that it would be impossible to get parts. Dad needs a scooter at times and they had a second hand one and said they had to go to another job but would call back with scooter later. No sales pressure either. All on their 'day off'. Highly recommend them.

Hi I've tried everywhere to get a set off mobility scooter hub cap's for my sterling s700 and I finally got them from ams services even better they came 5 days earlier brilliant and they totally changed the scooter definitely bye from ams again

Totally unreliable. Lack of communication and constant let down (I'll ring you, email, get back to you). Finally told I could call today to get son sorted as we fly to london tomorrow, and his chair from OT hasn't arrived yet. Rang to confirm calling in, to be told sorry are closing early and call tomorrow. (Which I cant because we are away). To be told, you have to appreciate we are busy. Well in that type of job you would have to appreciate that now not having a wheelchair for our trip and having to source one somewhere last minute is a disgrace. No consideration. Thanks for making my sons trip limited.

Very helpful, will service wheelchairs and rollators, tighten brakes, etc, provide secondhand items brought up to scratch.

I rang the owner of this company and asked if he could mend the brakes on my 4 wheel walker and his reply completely gobsmacked me, he said bring it into me and I will adjust your brakes free of charge. I couldn't find his place so when I got to Bangor I asked around and was helped out by a very kindhearted Canadian gentleman and his wife. He drove around looking for the place after speaking to the owner as this numpty had forgotten his mobile phone which was sitting charging in Newcastle. Doh!! Anyway I eventually arrived at the premises and of course the guy came out pulled both brakes one after the other and did a simple adjustment, job done. I've read other reviews on here, some are glowing, but you always get one miserable git who hasn't got anything nice to say about anyone. James Mc Donald
